Alankuda Beach Yoga Retreat
Elisa Barzoi graduated in 2007 from Polytechnic of Turin with a degree in Architecture. But the destiny had a different plan for her. During a trip to England, she came into contact with yoga as tool to heal computer headaches, but was in Argentina that she met the Yoga Kai school, where she learnt Integral Yoga with Master José Maureira. She started to teach yoga in an international environment in Medellin (Colombia) and when she back to Italy, she started working as yoga teacher and she put together her great passion, the SUP (Stand Up Paddling), with yoga, deepening the practice of Sup-Yoga.
The next step was the opening of her own yoga center, where she discovered the art of healing sound. She was enthusiastic and decided to study the magic of Tibetan bowls.
In additional Elisa is continuing to study also the magic sound of Crystal bowls with Massimiliano Peri and chanting with Silvia Pavan.
She has also graduated as “Giocayoga”(Kids Yoga) teacher at A.I.Y.B (Italian Association of Yoga Bimbi), and studied Pranic Healing in Venice.
She go always deeper in what she likes and she discovered Yin Yoga and she studied “Yang and Yin Yoga” at the Hohm Street school in Milan.
Last, but not the least, she met her Teacher in Milan, with Marialaura Bonfanti Elisa studied “Yoga and Ayurveda” and “Yoga and Meditation”.
All this knowledge flows today in her many yoga courses, at Garda Lake (Italy) and Kalpitiya (Sri Lanka).
